- Common Registration: One electronic registration for all establishments with 10+ workers.

2. Critical Welfare Provisions
Women in Night Shifts
Allowed in all establishments (including factories) from 7 PM to 6 AM, subject to consent and safety measures.
Annual Health Check
Mandatory free annual health check-up for all employees aged 40 years and above.
Appointment Letters
MANDATORY: Every employee (including daily wagers) must be issued a formal Appointment Letter. Failure to do so attracts fines.
3. Penalties & Reporting
- Accident causing Death: Imprisonment up to 2 years or Fine ₹5 Lakh.
- Obstructing Inspector: Fine up to ₹1 Lakh.
- Accident Reporting: Must report to authorities in Form VI within 12 hours.
